At Thrive Breastfeeding PNP, our mission is to provide new and expectant mothers with the support and education they need to make informed decisions about breastfeeding. We believe that every mother and baby deserves a positive breastfeeding experience, and we're here to help make that a reality.

We offer a range of services to support breastfeeding mothers, including one-on-one consultations, home visits, and virtual telehealth. Our experienced lactation consultants are here to answer your questions and provide you with the guidance and support you need to succeed.

Our team of lactation consultants is made up of experienced pediatric nurse practitioners who are IBCLC certified and are passionate about helping new mothers. We understand the challenges and joys of breastfeeding, and we're here to provide you with the support and guidance you need to make the most of this special time with your baby.

Breastfeeding Support
Our lactation consultants provide expert support and guidance to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.
Dr. Heide Temples is a board-certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over 30 years of clinical experience. She completed her PhD in Healthcare Genetics at Clemson University and her area of expertise is focused on breastfeeding.

Prenatal Consultations
Get prepared for breastfeeding with our prenatal consultations. Our consultants will give you the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.
Latch & Feeding Assistance
Our team is here to help you with any latching or feeding difficulties you may be experiencing. We'll work with you to find a solution that works best for you and your baby.
Milk Supply Support
If you're struggling with milk supply, we're here to help. Our lactation consultants can provide advice and support to help you increase your milk production.
Breastfeeding Education
